Dr. Philipp Schramm has served as CEO since January 2025. He has extensive experience from various senior positions at Webasto and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and as CEO and CFO of Brose.

Philipp holds a Ph.D. and a Diploma in Business Administration from the Katholische Universitat Eichstatt-Ingolstadt, as well as the equivalent of an executive MBA from Harvard Business School.

David Bandele has served as CFO since 2014. Prior to joining Hexagon, he held several senior positions in the field of finance and controlling within the Aker Group of companies, GE Healthcare and Amersham Plc.

David holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Sheffield and is an ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA).

Eric earned a BA degree in Management from the Walsh College of Accountancy and Business, Troy, Michigan.

Brad holders an Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Fanshawe College of Technology.
